A = Double Under, 30 repetitions (or 50 single jumps)
B = Kettlebell Swing, 18 repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
C = Strict Pull-up, 7 repetitions
Rest as needed then,
Tempo Deadlift, 3,3,3,3,3 repetitions (5 second tempo)
Note: Today’s session is a classic combination of aerobic interval work combined with strength training. Adjust the repetitions and weight as necessary (scale either up or down!).
