Minute Two: Power Clean, 9 Repetitions (135lb. / 95lb.)
Minute Three: 200 Meter Run
Minute Four: Rope Climb, (2 ascents)
Minute Five, Assault Bike (15 / 12 calories)
Rest up to 2:00, then repeat for a total of 3 rounds
Note: Today’s session comes from one of our Saturday workouts, and it’s a good one! Do your best to maintain the Rx’ standards in todays workout. Barbell weight can be scaled as needed.
