10 Power Cleans (95lb. / 65lb.)
10 Front Squats (95lb. / 65lb.)
10 Shoulder to Overhead (95lb. / 65lb.)
400 Meter Run
Note: Use the same weight for all barbell skills. Advanced Athletes should look for opportunities to string techniques together. For example, the final Power Clean can be a Squat Clean to satisfy repetition one of the Front Squats. This is an “old school” circa 2005 Coach Glassman original workout, and it’s a good one!

October Fitness Competition Challenge
Join Greg, Britain, Naomi, Aaron, Ken, Ame, and several others for an on-line fitness competition this month! Here are the details:
1)Master’s Athletes 35 years of age and older.
2)Rx and Scaled divisions for Men and Women ages 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, and 50+.
3) The event will kick off on Thursday, October 15th, at 8pm EST with 3 workouts released. Athletes will have until Wednesday, October 21st, at 8pm EST to submit their results.
4)WEEK 2 begins with an announcement on Thursday, October 22nd, at 8pm EST with an additional 3 workouts being released. Athletes will have until Wednesday, October 28st, at 8pm EST to submit their results.
5)All scores will be considered validated and scored by Saturday, October 31st
6) Our HQ gym will run the workouts as part of the gym programming, giving registered athletes a chance to formally compete, and non-registered athletes a chance to participate as well.
