Scheduled Group Workout:
75 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
50 Barbell Thrusters (45lb. / 35lb.)
30 Toes to Bar
400 meter 1 x arm Farmers Walk with Kettlebell (53lb. / 35lb.)
Rest as needed then foam roll and stretch for 10:00
Note. Today’s session is known as a “chipper” and your goal is to take it one repetition and one exercise at a time, effectively “chipping away” at the workout. Establish “micro goals” for each exercise.

The 8:00AM workout today will be CrossFit Open Workout 20.2 or strength and olympic training for non-registered athletes attending the class. Registered athletes completing the Open will have priority with gear and layout of the space.
