Rest as needed then,

Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) for 10:00,

Add 1 Power Clean (155lb. / 95lb.)

  • If you make all 10 rounds, run 400 meters
  • If you only make rounds 6-9, run the Floral Loop
  • If you only make rounds 1-5, run the Big Loop

Note: The Tabata session is 5 rounds instead of the usual 8. This means the intensity should be higher, not lower! We will record the score as the total calories achieved. On the EMOM your goal is to make all 10 rounds. However, few rounds at RX is still a great goal and is preferred rather than lowering the weight.
