    Mallee, Abe was a terrific leader for us on Monday and Brian did great this evening. Your efforts in having us teach ourselves has really paid off. Both Abe and Brian getting certified is inspiring to all of us! It is amazing to see the progress!

    I will have to say that I did this workout and I wanted to stop like on number 15 on my pushups, but I did all 50! I shocked myself!! Lol…I dont’ have a pull up bar so I didn’t do those:(
