    Level 3 RX 13:21
    -last time I did Jackie was 10/01/10 with a time of 15:18 33lb bar and 5 pull-ups with the blue band (and the rest were jumping pull-ups)
    I am very happy with my progress, and feel super good! Capped today off with kickboxing which rocked (Thank you Leo). Good luck to all the athletes and coaches that are competing this weekend. Keep us updated, and I will be there in spirit! Love you guys, have a safe and FUN weekend.

    Level 3 RX 14:40

    I believe this is the first time doing Jackie. Thanks to my girls for not letting me wimp out and ENCOURAGE me to do level 3!! Great job 8:30 class. Finshed Friday with kickboxing—Love it, thanks Leo. Treated myself to 1/2 cheeseburger and fries, now I’m a happy woman:)

    First time doing Jackie,I really under-estimated the rowing machines, level 2 10:12. I feel great, Can’t wait to be a WOD Killer!
