Today we are going to work up to a 1 RM (1 Rep Max) Split Jerk. This skill will be performed off the Iron Mind racks.

Then,

10:00 AMRAP (As Many Rounds as Possible)
5 Hand Stand Push-ups
10 Hang Power Clean
15 Burpees

Note: Modifications for the Handstand Push-up will be briefed in the gym.  Prescribed weight for the Hang Power Clean will be 95lb. for men and 65lb. for women.
