1000m Row for time. Rowers will be placed on the Grinder for athletes to complete the row.
Note: There will be a 6:00 TIME CAP on todays encounter with “Fran” with heats of three to four athletes training at a time. Athletes will either achieve a “time” or an AMRAP “score” on their workout, depending on their ability to complete “Fran” in 6:00 or less.
Starting today, Coach Adrian will be starting a Strength/Olympic Lifting class at 0800.
Every Friday the 0800 class will have specific programming by Coach Adrian covering Strength conditioning and Olympic Lifting. Come check it out.
