Today we are reinstating the 6AM classes that will run Monday to Thursday.

But if you are not a morning person, we also have our 8AM, 4PM, and 615PM classes today.

We hope to see you at any of those times.

3 Hang Power Cleans (#95/65)

6 Front Squat (#95/65)

9 Shoulder to Overhead (#95/65)

On Even Minutes

10 Situps

This is going to be a challenging workout.  Make sure your movements are solid throughout the workout.  The goal would be to keep this workout on an equal work to rest ratio each minute while maintaining your form during the workout.
