Julia is Athlete Of The Week!
Congratulations to Julia who was recognized as Athlete Of The Week at CrossFit Amundson. Julia is a woman whose positive energy is felt the moment she walks in the door. A huge heart for helping inspire belief in other people, Julia is oftentimes a “Trifecta” Athlete, training in Krav Maga, Yoga and CrossFit. Julia is a Veteran of the United States Military, and currently helps Veterans from all branches of the service through her efforts as a counselor. Julia is an avid believer of the benefits of Yoga for Veterans, and has worked extensively at being an ambassador for the Veterans community in Santa Cruz for fitness, spirituality, Yoga and health. Thank you Julia for your continued service to our Country and Santa Cruz community. We love you sister!
