Station One = Thruster, 15 repetitions (75lb. / 55lb.)
Station Two = Toes to Bar, 12 repetitions
Station Three = Run 300 Meters
Rest as needed then,
Weighted Sled Push Drills on the Grinder!

The CrossFit Games Open Season is scheduled to begin on March 11, 2021. Registration is now OPEN and our gym is set to host the official workouts and validate our athletes scores. There are a variety of division including Rx’d, Scaled, and even our Teenage division! We encourage EVERYONE to participate this year! It will be a great way to challenge yourself, maintain accountability, and build teamwork.
