Note: The Power Snatch is from the floor on each repetition. Choose a weight you can control for the eccentric lowering phase as there will be no dropping of weights from the overhead position. The potential for strength development in the lowering phase of any lift is unparalleled and must be developed. As a goal, Athletes should strive for 135lb. for men and 95lb. for women with each repetition performed with complete control.
