Note: The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for eight intervals. In today’s Tabata session, keep a running total of repetitions at each stations (ie. “every rep counts.) Unit for the row is “calories.” Athletes can choose their “start station” but most honor the order of rotation. How many athletes can achieve 400 or more total repetitions?
