Back Squat, 10 repetitions
Shoulder to Overhead, 10 repetitions
Note: The goal today is to treat all 30 repetitions of each round as a “mini-complex.” Smooth transitions are the key to consecutive repetitions between exercises. The work to rest ration should be approximately 1/1. The same barbell is used for all 3 exercises.
