1 “Sprint Round” For Time of:
50 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
Run 400 Meters
Note: For the Bench Press, use a 5 second decent, 1 second hold at the bottom position, then a powerful and controlled return to the top position. Ensure the barbell does not “rest’ on the chest – rather, maintain an isometric hold, then in a smooth, fast and controlled manner, press the barbell up.
