Note: The GI Jane is a full Burpee followed by jumping Chest to Bar Pull-up. Weight on the Kettlebell Swing is 35lb. for men and 25lb. for women. Slam Ball weight is 20lb. for men and 12lb. for women. This is going to be a great workout!
