As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Burpees
Rest 1:00
As Many Repetitions As Possible in 1:00 of Double Unders

Rest as needed and configure 50% of your maximum threshold then,

On a 10:00 running clock (5 rounds each station)

Minute One: Burpees, 50% max threshold
Minute Two: Double Unders, 50% max threshold

Evolution B (Low Equipment)

“Weighted Object Complex”

Complete 7 Rounds on a 2:00 clock (14:00 total running time)

3 Deadlifts
3 Hang Power Cleans
3 Front Squats
3 Shoulder to Overhead
