Deadlift, 50 Repetitions (95lb. / 65lb.)
Run 100 Meters (to Krav Maga)
100 Double Unders (or 150 Single Unders)
25 Toes to Bar
Run 100 Meters
Note: It’s been an amazing week of challenging training! Listen to your body, and if appropriate, consider completing only one round of todays session. The combination of Toes to Bar and Double Unders are historically movements from the CrossFit Open – another great chance to practice! Krav Maga Workshop ~ Phase A
The first Yellow and Orange Belt Krav Maga workshop is scheduled for Saturday, February 17, from 11:30AM to 1PM. This workshop is free for enrolled Krav Maga athletes and is highly recommended in order to ensure receipt of all the required belt testing material.
