Note: Today we are going “old school” and performing a classic CrossFit triplet. Depending on class size we will be doing a combination of rowing, running, and biking.

  • CrossFit at 6AM, 8AM, 10:30AM and 4PM
  • Bag Class at 5:15PM
  • Teenager Class at 3PM
