Gymnastics Skill Of The Day (SOD)

Parallel Bar Push-up Pass-Through Ladder (10:00)

Rest as needed then,

Complete Three Rounds:

On a 4:00 Running Clock:
Run 400 Meters
30 Box Jumps
As Many Repetitions As Possible of Wall Ball (20lb. / 14lb.)

Note: The Parallel Bar Push-up Pass-Through begins in the plank position. Following a full range of motion Push-up, complete a pass through, and return to the Push-up Plank position. For the Ladder Drill, on minute 1:00, complete one repetition, minute 2:00 complete two repetitions, etc. Continue for 10:00. On the AMRAP workout, your score each round is the total number of completed Wall Ball shots. This is a great session!
