Complete Three Individually Timed Sprint Rounds (at Krav Maga):

Row 400 Meters
20 Toes to Bar

Rest as needed then,

Tempo Deadlift, 3-3-3-3-3 Repetitions (at HQ – 5RM Tempo Load)

Note: Rest up to 3:00 between Sprint Rounds. On the Deadlift, the tempo is 5 second descent, touch and reset at the top position. Weight should be at a 5RM load. Rest as needed between sets.
