The gym is closed today in celebration of the New Year.
Rest and recover today, because we have a great week of training ahead of us.
For the month of January we will be conducting a challenge to complete 10K Double Unders or Single Jumps during the month of January.
Complete 10,000 jumps of either double unders or singles, keep track of your daily jumps and record them in the gym. You can also keep track of them remotely and send them to Kim at the end of each week.
Lets start the NEW YEAR off with a challenge of daily movement.
