Note: Push Press weight for the timed workout is up to 95lb. for men and 65lb. for women. Work up to a new 1 Repetition Man (1RM) on the Push Press. Who can achieve a bodyweight Push Press and then complete this workout in 10:00 or less? Please join us this morning from either 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM or 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM (or both!) for the CrossFit Amundson Yoga and Mobility Class.
