For 18:00 Complete The Following (6 Sets of Each)
Minute One: 21 Kettlebell Swings (53lb. / 35lb.)
Minute Two: 40 Double Unders (Or 80 Weighted Jumps)
Minute Three: 6 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
Note: This is a “Station Rotation” workout in which you rotate stations at the end of each minute. Athletes can choose their start station, but must honor the prescribed order of rotation. At the end of the 18:00 workout, Athletes will have completed 6 evolutions at each station. If you miss the required repetitions per rotation, do the best you can, and then switch at the end of the minute. This is an extremely challenging session!
Naomi – Molly and Adriana: New CAMP Blue Belts!
Congratulations to the very first female Blue Belts from the CAMP Ranking System: Naomi, Molly and Adriana. The ladies achieved 100 % on all testing evolutions. The formal Blue Belt (Level 2) Test for our gym is schedule for July 2016, at which point all current Blue Belts will assist with the test administration. Keep setting and achieving those fitness goals – you can do it!
