For men, who can total over seventy-five repetitions between the Pull-ups and Kettlebell Swings with 53 lb., while at the same time rowing 2K under 7:30. For women, who can total over fifty repetitions between the Pull-ups and Kettlebell Swings with 35 lb., while at the same time rowing 2K under 8:15. This is an “Old School” workout from the early days of the CrossFit program.
