Today we are going to do the original “Old School” CrossFit Challenge Number Six. In order to successfully complete “Challenge Number Six” you must complete the WOD without modification and within four minutes.
Note: This is the WOD for all morning classes and the 12:00 and 4:30 PM classes. Our 5:30 and 6:30 PM classes will be taught by guest Coach Aly Willier. If you want a shot at “Challenge Number Six” please be sure to attend the appropriate class. Modifications will be made as deemed appropriate. Have fun, it’s been a tough week of training.
Challenge Number Six: Row 500 meters THEN perform a set of 20 STRICT pull-ups both within 4 minutes.

The CrossFit Amundson SCUBA Certification is coming in February 2013. In the spirit of “Constantly Learn and Play New Sports” CrossFit Amundson will be conducting a private SCUBA Certification. Open to the first 20 CrossFit Amundson members, this will be an amazing opportunity to learn how to Scuba Dive with your friends from the gym. Depending on interest we will conduct an additional certification in May 2013.
