Minute Two = Toes to Bar, 15 repetitions
Minute Three = Concept2 Row, 15 calories
Rest as needed then,
“Double Under Competency Test”
As Many Double Under As Possible (AMRAP) in 90 seconds
Rest 90 seconds
AMRAP Double Under in 60 seconds
Rest 60 seconds
AMRAP Double Under in 30 seconds
