Thruster, 150 Repetitions (45lb. / 35lb. barbell)
Toes to Bar, 75 Repetitions
Rest as needed then,
Take 10:00 and find your 1RM Thruster (no rack – Must be from the ground!)
Note: Athletes can use the new barbells with a two x 5lb. bumper plates or the traditional barbell. The repetition scheme on todays session is up to the athlete. For example, the athlete may decide to do three sets of 50 thrusters and 25 toes to bar. The athlete will strategically decide what repetition scheme would result in their fastest overall time.
