Strict Pull-up Progression!
Every Minute On The Minute (EMOM) For 10:00,
Add 1 strict Pull-up
Rest as needed then,
On a 14:00 clock (7 rounds each station)
Minute One: Double Under, 30 repetitions (or 50 single jumps – indoor station)
Minute Two: Power Snatch, 10 repetitions (75lb. / 55lb. – Grinder station)
Note: On the Pull-up progression, use whatever assistance you need to ensure STRICT range of motion. No kipping today! The Double Under and Snatch session is intended to be 30 seconds on / 30 seconds off at each station. Adjust repetitions or weight accordingly.
