On a 3:00 Running Clock,
Minute One, Assault Bike (Maximum Calories)
Minute Two: Wallball Shots (Maximum Repetitions (20lb. / 14lb.) 
Minute Three: Burpees (Maximum Repetitions)

Rest as needed then,

Pull-up Progression

5,4,3,3,2 Strict Pull-ups 

Note: On our main training session, there is no rest between stations. There will be a one minute rest between rounds, and athletes will perform a total of 4 rounds. This is a super challenging workout! The goal is to maintain an average of 45 “points” each round, with a running total of repetitions between stations.
