Evolution A: (No Equipment)

Every Minute On The Minute for 10:00,
1 “Nose to Wall” (Coach will brief this challenging exercise around the whiteboard – you need a wall!)
15 squats

Evolution B: (Low Equipment)

Three Rounds for Time,
Run 200 Meters (or another metabolic activity for 1:00)
21 Thrusters (object  / weight of choice)
12 Hang Power Cleans (object / weight of choice)
