Tabata Sit-up (8 rounds of 20 seconds “on” and 10 seconds “of”)

Note: This is a super challenging session – bring your A-Game! The backwards running takes place immediately following the forward running (800 meters total). Use caution in the backwards running! How many people can achieve 30 + Squat Cleans and 30 + STO’s each round?
