On a 4 Minute Running Clock Complete,

400 Meter Run/Row

15 DB Thrusters (35/20)

As Many Repetitions as Possible (AMRAP) of Pullups

Note: The 4:00 running clock begins at the start of the run/row. Rest exactly 4:00 between rounds. Men’s Dumbbell weight is up to 35lb. and women’s weight is up to 20lb.  Your score is the total number of Pullups achieved each round.

Athletes will recognize this workout resembles the much loved “Jackie” WOD.
