Evolution A (Krav Maga)

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 10:00 of,

Double Under, 100 Repetitions (or 150 Single Jumps)
Kettlebell Snatch, 30 Repetitions (35lb. / 25lb. – alternate arms as needed)
Toes to Bar, 15 Repetitions (Beginner to Intermediate)
Bar Muscle Up, 5 Repetitions (Advanced)

Evolution B (HQ)

Thruster, 5,3,1,1,1 Repetitions (Establish a New 1 Repetition Max)

Note: Todays HQ session will be super important – our 1RM will be needed as we progress into the Wendler Series starting next week. Technique for the Kettlebell Snatch will be instructed in each class.
