Then;

Athletes choice of either a 2 mile or 4 mile “Urban Run” along East Cliff and through Capitola Village.

Note: Running routes for both the 2 and 4 mile distances will be briefed in the gym. Both tracks will follow the same general route. The 4 mile track will include the Western wood stairs leading to the West end of Capitola Beach, followed by an 800 meter soft sand run to the Southern jetty and back. Increase the load on the Bench Press with each set. Who can Bench Press their bodyweight for three repetitions? Data for the day will include the most weight pressed for three repetitions and the time of the run.

The CrossFit Amundson Teenager Class, part of our CrossFit Kids program, begins on Tomorrow, June 4, from 3:15 to 4:00 PM.

The CrossFit Amundson Endurance Workout begins tomorrow at 1:15 PM.  Space is limited to 10 Athletes each week. You must e-mail Info@CrossFitAmundson within 3 days of the workout to reserve a spot. First come will be first served. These workouts will involve the Epic Fitness Van and trips to famous outdoor training locations including the track at UCSC, the famous wood stairs in Aptos, and the grueling hills at Blue Ball Park. Come prepared for the elements, to include plenty of water, sunscreen, a towel, and appropriate ocean swimming attire.
