Note: Work up to a new 1 Repetition Max (1RM) on the Deadlift.  For the timed evolution, men’s prescribed weight is up to 225lb. and women’s 165lb. How many of our Athletes can achieve a double-bodyweight Deadlift and then complete the timed evolution with prescribed weight in under 5:00?
