  • 2 Rounds of “Cindy” (5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups, 15 Squats)
  • In the remaining time,
  • “Grace” (Ground to Overhead; 135lb. / 95lb.; AMRAP = Score)

Rest up to 3:00 between rounds and complete a total of 5 rounds.

Note: Today we are “mashing up” two classic CrossFit old-school sessions. How many people can Rx’ today’s session and achieve 50+ rep’s over all 5 rounds? Remember that before you move to the barbell you must finish 2 rounds of “Cindy” first.
