Kettlebell Swing, 21 Repetitions (53lb. / 35lb.)
Pull-up, As Many Repetitions As Possible (Score)
Rest up to 3:00 between rounds and complete 3 rounds.
Rest as needed then,
Double Under, Maximum Repetitions in 90 seconds, 60 seconds, and 30 seconds
Note: Todays session is the “camp twist” on the famous CrossFIt girl “Helen” and it’s a good one! On the double unders, rest equal to the amount of time you worked in the previous set.
