CAMP – Week One!
It’s the official 28 day CAMP for “Team Guerrero” and many of the workouts we will be battling against are straight from Las Vegas (only far better whether conditions in Santa Cruz) and they are good ones!
On a 3:00 Clock,
Minute One: Wallball Shots (20lb. / 14lb.)
Minute Two: Toes to Bar
Minute Three: Assault Bike (Men 60RPM / Women 50RPM)
Rest 1:00 between rounds. Perform 4 rounds. Keep a running total of repetitions each round. The Assault Bike is a “Grind Station” and will receive 20 points if the athlete can maintain the required RPM average for 50 seconds.

Week At A Glance
Please note due to Coach’s relocation to Las Vegas for the “Team Guerrero” CAMP there will be limited “Special Classes” during the month of September. The tentative plan is for Coach to be in Santa Cruz on Sunday and Monday for Seminary and Tuesday to teach class at HQ. Tuesday night through Saturday, Coach will be in Las Vegas with Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero” and Justin “The Stallion” Cardona.” The only special event this particular week will be Faith Works Ministry on Wednesday evening at 6PM and the CAMP Make-up Test during the 4PM workout on Wednesday.
Tuesday: CrossFit Masters Class (10:30AM – 11:30AM)
Wednesday: Faith Works Ministry (6PM – 7PM)
Thursday: CrossFit Masters Class (10:30AM – 11:30AM)
Friday: CrossFit Strength Class (8AM – 9AM)
Saturday: FREE Community Workout
