Today we will attempt to achieve a Personal Record (PR) for maximum weight lifted, fastest distance traveled and most gymnastic repetitions performed in the following skills:
1RM Deadlift
1,000 meter Row
Ring Dips
Note: Each skill must be completed, but the Athlete may decide their order of rotation. Foundational and Advanced Application technique will be instructed for each station. This workout, programmed by CrossFit Founder Greg “Coach” Glassman, will illuminate any “Chinks In Your Armor” in addition to providing a potent metabolic punch.
