Note: On todays workout, Athletes spend a total (and long!) 5:00 at each station, resting 3:00 between stations. Every repetition counts as a point. How many Athletes can achieve 100 or more Burpees, 50 or more Box Jumps, and 70 or more Toes to Bar during the allotted time?
