Assault Bike, 21 Calories (men) 18 Calories (women)
Wallball Shots, 15 Repetitions (20lb. / 14lb)
Chest to Bar Pull-up, 9 Repetitions
Note: The Tempo today is a 5 second descent. We will record the most weight lifted for 3 repetitions. Athletes can either Jerk or Push Press the weight overhead, then use a STRICT 5 second tempo descent to the start position. This utilizes the “Coach Glassman Overload Principle” that develops some awesome strength! On the metabolic session, rest as needed between rounds. Compare todays weight and time to November 26, 2018.
Team Guerrero Update!
“Team Guerrero” has relocated their training (ie. CAMP) to Las Vegas in preperation for Robert Guerrero’s fight on March 9, 2019, in Los Angeles. Coach will be traveling between Santa Cruz and Las Vegas during the month of February to continue Robert’s CrossFit strength and conditioning training. Please be sure to check the website each day for adjustments to the schedule. Robert and Coach feel a great conviction in God’s purposes for Robert’s return to professional boxing, and we ask for your flexibility and prayers during the month of February.
