During the New Years Day SuperWOD, Alex and Graham teamed up against Molly and Greg for what turned out to be a “Repetition for Repetition” battle to the very end. Special congratulations and respect to Molly who completed all of the Kettlebell runs with men’s Rx’d weight! Alex and Graham pulled ahead on the final run. Molly and Greg are calling for a rematch.
CrossFit Olympic Lifting (10:00 AM – 11:00 AM at Headquarters)
Our “Weekly Challenge” this week is “Old School” and comes from Coach Glassman’s original list of 10 CrossFit Challenges. Complete a full 8 cycles of Tabata Squat. Rest exactly 10 seconds then complete As Many Repetitions As Possible of Muscle-Up. Your score is the lowest round of Tabata Squats multiplied by your total Muscle-Ups. All Challenges must be completed under the observation of a CrossFit Amundson Coach or Open Gym Supervisor. Post results of the Challenge on the HQ whiteboard.

Join CrossFit Amundson and our friends from Concept 2 Rowing and “Row’d Royalty” for an awesome test of speed, power, stamina, endurance and rowing technique. The competition will consist of one workout a week for 4 weeks beginning Wednesday, January 7th. Participants have until the following Monday at 12 PM PST to enter their score. During the competition season, CrossFit Amundson will be offering free 30 minute Rowing Clinics every Saturday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM.
