Odd Minutes – Assault Bike Calorie 6-12 Calories

Even – 3 Power Cleans (#135/85)

For the assault bike calories, athletes can pick a Calorie anywhere between 6 and 12 cal to complete during each minute.

During the power cleans, athletes should look to go heavy on them. If athletes can complete the power clean ladder at #135/85 then they should go heavy.
