Odd Minutes – Assault Bike Calories 6-12 Calories

Even Minutes – 3 Power Cleans (#135/85)

For the Assault Bike Calories, Athletes can pick a calorie anywhere between 6 and 12 Calories to complete during each minute.

During the Power Cleans, Athletes should look to Go Heavy on the Power Cleans.  If Athletes can complete the Power Clean ladder at #135/85 then they should look to go heavier.
