Happy Fourth of July!

This week at CrossFit Amundson, we are “building our foundation” in the movements that make the CrossFit program. On Monday, July 2, 2012, Athlete’s learned and practiced their squat. Each day is dedicated to a new skill. Our programming will reflect both our “in house” training as well as our “international” training for our Athletes following CrossFit Amundson workouts from around the World.

Today we are going to do the Tabata CrossFit Challenge. The Tabata interval is a twenty second period of “work” followed by ten seconds of “rest” done eight times. You have one minute of rest after you complete eight full rounds at each station. Your score at any given station is the lowest number of repetitions in the round. Your score on the rower is the number of calories rowed.
