Tabata Double Under

Rest as needed then,

In front of a clock set for nine minutes:
2 minutes of Burpees
2 minutes of Toes to Bar
2 minutes of Ball Slams
1 minute of Burpees
1 minute of Toes to Bar
1 minute of Ball Slams

Note: Following the battle with CrossFit Games Open Workout 14.1, we realized how important command of the Double Under skill can be for an Athlete striving for elite levels of conditioning. This month, our goal is to have everyone in our gm be able to complete 10 consecutive Double Unders. In order to encourage maximum benefit from workouts programmed with the Double Under skill, we will be counting “attempts” made. We also recommend purchasing a speed rope suited to your height. For recommendations of brands and vendors, please check with a CrossFit Amundson Coach. Ball slam weight is 20lb. for men and 12lb. for women.
