Evolution B:
Every Minute On The Minute for 5:00,
10 Repetitions of “Grace”

  • Ground to Overhead (95lb. / 65lb.)

Evolution C:
Every Minute On The Minute for 5:00,
Assault Bike

  • 12 Calories (8 women)

Note: Athletes can choose their start evolution but must honor the order of rotation. Athletes are also encouraged to either “scale up” or “scale down” the rep’s, calories. This is a great session! We will be on a “variable rest” between evolutions.
