Santa Cruz Challenge

CrossFit Amundson is pleased to be chosen as the premiere CrossFit gym for teaching CrossFit, nutrition, mental toughness and leadership to the Santa Cruz Challenge Athletes. The Santa Cruz Challenge class is Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM. If you are involved in the Santa Cruz Challenge, be sure to sign up early as last year each class sold out! CrossFit Amundson is also extending free entry into our Warrior Body Zen Mind Yoga Practice for Challenge Athletes for the duration of the Santa Cruz Challenge.


On Sunday, September 7, 2014, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Greg Amundson will be giving a keynote speech to the Santa Cruz Challenge Athletes at Inner Light Church in Soquel. Attendance is free for all CrossFit Amundson Athletes.


Join us tonight from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for the Warrior Yoga Zen Mind Yoga Practice. Tonights class will include new material from the recent trip Greg Amundson and Bailey Feeney took to SEALFIT for mentorship in Warrior Yoga.
